Design and deliver global store concepts that express brand storytelling through spatial, material, and experiential detail. Partner with Global Visual Merchandising and Commercial teams to ensure design solutions support business objectives and local retail realities. Develop fixture systems, material libraries, and scalable design toolkits adaptable for diverse retail formats. Translate creative briefs into 2D and 3D renderings, technical drawings, and production‑ready documentation. Collaborate with regional teams and vendors to ensure design intent is executed consistently across markets. Contribute to the Global Retail Playbook and Fixture Sourcebook, maintaining high‑quality standards and clarity for all partners. Partner with Global PMO to track project timelines, deliverables, and cost parameters. Champion craft, attention to detail, and cross‑functional collaboration throughout every phase of design. Leadership Functions
Mentor design team partners and model curiosity, precision, and accountability. Collaborate closely with the VP, Global Retail to align with overall retail experience strategy. Build productive relationships across Global Marketing, Global Creative, Visual Merchandising, Creative Operations, and regional stakeholders. Foster a culture of creative problem‑solving, agility, and respect for aesthetic and operational excellence. Must Haves
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. 8–10 years of experience in retail design, environmental design, or related creative field. Experience in global beauty or lifestyle brands preferred. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and/or 3D rendering software. Strong understanding of materials, fixtures, and production processes. Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions clearly across creative and commercial partners. Collaborative, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast‑paced environment. Salary
