As a Donor Services Officer, you'll manage your own portfolio of donor relationships, providing thoughtful guidance and high-level service that helps individuals and families achieve their philanthropic goals. You'll also play a key role in shaping donor engagement strategies, promoting family philanthropy, and encouraging giving that sparks real change.
What You'll Do
Steward and grow donor relationships, meeting donors where they are and inspiring meaningful giving
Provide counsel to donors on philanthropic goals and giving strategies
Maintain donor records in Salesforce (CRM) to support long‑term engagement
Collaborate with leadership to implement strategies for donor education, stewardship, and asset development
Represent the organization at community functions and events
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years' experience in the nonprofit sector or related field
Strong background in donor cultivation, relationship‑building, or development
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal
Comfort working with diverse individuals and groups, with integrity and diplomacyExperience with CRM systems
Compensation & Benefits
Excellent salary commensurate with your experience
15 days of PTO, 13 Paid Holidays, and 12 sick days per year
