Responsibilities

Support mechanical construction projects from precon through closeout—maintaining budgets, schedules, and quality.

Coordinate technical planning and execution with engineers, designers, field staff, and subcontractors.

Review and distribute drawings, RFIs, submittals, and other project documentation.

Track project performance—cost, schedule, risks—and assist in mitigation and status reporting.

Conduct site visits to verify work progress, resolve field questions, and uphold safety and code standards.

Participate in preconstruction activities—bid coordination, scopes, and value engineering support.

Skill Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

Experience in project engineering or construction engineering—preferably in mechanical contracting or design‑build.

Familiar with project controls: RFIs, submittals, scheduling, cost tracking, and documentation.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Bluebeam or equivalent document tools; experience with project software (Procore, MS Project) a plus.

Clear, professional communicator comfortable interfacing across teams—from engineers to field crews to clients.

Organized and proactive, with a knack for solving problems and keeping projects on track.
