What You'll Do
Manage a book of personal lines accounts from quote to renewal Provide exceptional service via phone, email, and in person Communicate coverage options clearly to both English- and Spanish-speaking clients Prepare quotes for new and renewal business using
AMS360 Process endorsements, billing inquiries, and policy changes Support producers and collaborate with a fun, team-oriented group Maintain accurate documentation and uphold agency service standards What We're Looking For Active MA P&C License Bilingual in Spanish (required) 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience preferred Strong communication skills; ability to explain coverage confidently Friendly, down-to-earth personality; values teamwork Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple tasks Experience with
