Pay Range:

$100 - $110/hour. Employee benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the overall project manager for HR technology delivery, coordinating across all technical workstreams

Partner with the overall HR Transformation Program Manager to align IT delivery timelines, scope, and dependencies with the broader HR program roadmap

Lead the project governance, planning, scheduling, and execution for HR IT deliverables, ensuring quality and timely completion

Manage and integrate the work of HR IT SMEs, internal IT teams, and third‑party implementation partners

Oversee technical dependencies, environment management, and integration planning across multiple systems

Drive risk, issue, and change management for technology workstreams; escape and resolve risks and issues in a timely manner

Ensure strong coordination between IT and HR teams to support system deployment and cutover

Monitor and report progress against plans, deliver executive updates, and ensure alignment with enterprise PMO standards

Support testing and deployment readiness activities, ensuring technology deliverables meet business and technical requirements

Champion delivery discipline, stakeholder communication, and proactive issue resolution across the HR IT landscape

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

Key Skills; HR Technology Program/Project Management (Workday focus)

Executive Communication & Governance

10+ years of progressive project/program management experience with large, complex IT programs, ideally in HR technology

Strong track record overseeing technology delivery for HR systems including Workday

Experience managing cross‑functional teams including IT, HR, data, integration, and vendor resources

Deep understanding of program governance, dependency management, and delivery lifecycle for enterprise systems

Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and implementation partners across a complex, global environment

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills—comfortable presenting to senior leadership
