Transaction Banking (TxB) aims to provide comprehensive cash‑management solutions for corporations. Within TxB, Channels Engineering is responsible for delivering a unified digital experience to clients interacting with Transaction Banking products via interfaces such as Banking as a Service API, Client Portal, Files and the SWIFT network. Our mission is to build a state‑of‑the‑art digital interface that meets our corporate clients’ needs and to create a highly scalable, resilient, 24x7 available cloud‑based platform for cash‑management.

Who We Look For As part of our global team, you will work front‑to‑back as a Lead Engineer. You will drive the design and implementation of critical components, focus the team on code quality, automation, and testability, and manage a talented group of passionate engineers working directly with product owners, visual designers, and business clients. You will contribute to our product roadmap, integrate business value with experience, and help build an engineering culture within the team.

How You Will Fulfill Your Potential

Develop full‑stack applications with due consideration to security, design, validation, and SDLC framework.

Contribute to shaping the strategic vision of our fraud screening platform involving data streaming and machine learning technologies.

Enable growth and help establish our Dallas team as an important global contributor.

Collaborate with product managers, business operations, and engineers to define product requirements and objectives.

Participate in system design consulting and platform management.

Develop resilient, scalable, and secure modules using cloud‑native services.

Utilize exceptional analytical skills and experience in decision‑making to arrive at creative and commercial solutions.

Basic Qualifications

Advanced degree in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience).

Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience using a modern programming language (preferably Java).

Proven ability to lead engineering teams and deliver complex products with multiple stakeholders.

Experience working on high‑availability, mission‑critical systems.

Experience with microservice architectures (SOA).

Experience engineering solutions with distributed tracing, performance testing, authentication, and authorization.

Experience with UNIX operating systems internals, infrastructure as code (Terraform), and networking.

Proficiency with algorithms, data structures, and software design.

Team‑oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Energetic, self‑directed, and self‑motivated.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Financial Services or Fintech.

Experience with AWS.

Basic knowledge of data science and machine learning.
