Job Title: Independent Investment Partner / Fundraising Advisor (Equity + Success Fee)

We are now seeking a highly connected, self-driven investment professional to lead and independently execute our fundraising efforts.
Role Overview The Investment Partner / Fundraising Advisor will take full ownership of the fundraising process — from investor outreach to deal closure.
This role requires someone who already has strong, active connections in the investor community (venture capital firms, family offices, HNIs, and institutional investors) and can independently secure investments for Laxmandeep.
This is a performance-based role — there is no fixed salary, but attractive success-based commission and equity participation will be offered.
Key Responsibilities
Independently identify, approach, and secure investors aligned with Laxmandeep’s mission and growth objectives.
Take full ownership of the end-to-end fundraising process, from outreach and pitching to negotiation and closure.
Utilize an existing investor network to generate funding opportunities globally.
Prepare and present investment materials with support from the Laxmandeep leadership team.
Advise the company on optimal fundraising strategies, deal structuring, and investor relations.
Act as Laxmandeep’s trusted representative in all investor-facing communications.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in fundraising, venture capital, investment banking, or financial advisory.
Established and active network of investors within Fintech, Cybersecurity, or Tech domains.
Demonstrated ability to independently close funding rounds for startups or growth‑stage companies.
Strong understanding of term sheets, valuations, and deal structuring.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and deliver results.
Compensation
No fixed salary — this is a success‑based engagement.
Attractive commission (% of funds raised).
Equity in Laxmandeep, based on performance and strategic contribution.
Location
Open to global candidates, preferably with strong investor relationships in North America, Europe, Middle East, or Asia-Pacific.
Remote work flexibility.
