Qualifications
BA/BS in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field, plus at least 10 years of relevant experience in solution architecture, automation, or AI platforms, with 3+ years designing and deploying production‑grade agentic AI solutions with multi‑agent orchestration at enterprise scale, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. Proven success integrating AI agents with business‑critical systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, ITSM) and workflows across a variety of business functions. Demonstrated impact in automating manual processes and enabling AI‑assisted or autonomous operations. Hands‑on expertise in Agentic AI, generative AI, agent autonomy, tool use, and human‑in‑the‑loop patterns. Working knowledge of key and emerging standards such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent‑to‑Agent (A2A) communication protocols, enabling interoperability, secure data exchange, and orchestration across diverse agentic frameworks and platforms. Project coordination experience across cross‑functional teams. Understanding of conversational UX/UI and prompt‑based interaction models. Proficiency with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain/LangGraph, Microsoft Autogen, Azure AI Agent Service, CrewAI, N8N, Automation Anywhere, UiPath) and ability to evaluate and select fit‑for‑purpose solutions based on business needs, scalability, and integration requirements. Expertise in cloud‑native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD, Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC), and containerization, meeting production‑grade SLAs/SLOs. Strong experience with enterprise integrations (REST/GraphQL, webhooks, event‑driven systems), identity/access (OAuth/OIDC, SCIM), and collaboration platforms (Teams, Slack). Familiarity with AI security and compliance (e.g., data isolation, audit trails, PII protection). Nice to Have Skills & Experience

As a Senior Solution Architect – Agentic AI, you will design and deliver transformative AI‑driven solutions that streamline enterprise processes and drive measurable business value. With deep expertise in Agentic AI, multi‑agent orchestration, and generative AI, you will architect solutions that automate manual tasks, enable AI‑assisted or autonomous workflows, and optimize outcomes across critical functions (e.g., IT, HR, Finance, Operations). You will collaborate with business stakeholders (e.g., process owners, domain leaders) to design and deliver high‑impact end‑to‑end use cases. Working alongside colleagues including Process Champions, AI Architects, Data Architects/Engineers, AI Solution Engineers, and IT teams, you’ll ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and production‑ready, selecting optimal agentic frameworks and patterns to meet business needs. This position offers flexibility for hybrid work schedules to include both in‑office presence and some flexibility for virtual/telecommute work to be based in Houston or Dallas, TX.
