About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Customer Experience Management to lead our customer management, product solutioning, and delivery efforts. The ideal candidate will maintain expert-level knowledge of our products, services, and the healthcare and pharmacy marketplace. A minimum of 12 years of experience in senior program management is required, along with a robust understanding of healthcare and pharmacy. The VP will enhance customer satisfaction and engagement while leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer solutions and foster lasting relationships.
Key responsibilities include driving up-sell revenue, facilitating cross-sell engagements, and developing a comprehensive customer satisfaction and reference-ability framework. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience managing teams, with a strong focus on strategic planning, execution, and performance tracking. We seek a leader who excels in interpersonal and relationship-building skills, possesses a customer-centric mindset, and communicates effectively with both customers and internal teams. A BS/BA degree is required, and an advanced degree is preferred. The successful candidate should be adept at creative thinking and problem-solving.
