Supply Chain Processor Analyst

As an Accenture Flex employee, you will support supply chain planning, procurement, distribution, and aftermarket service operations—a key member of the Supply Chain Planning Team responsible for end‑to‑end supply planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with procurement team and suppliers to ensure all sites have a steady flow of stock without overcapitalizing on materials.
Enable on‑time new deployment projects by executing inventory transactions, including movements and transfers, in a fast‑paced environment.
Support material fulfillment by managing demand signals using material requirements planning.
Anticipate stock demands based on current and future functions.
Analyze inventory needs to meet increased or reduced demand.
Analyze and address material shortages.
Conduct root‑cause analysis to implement corrective actions related to stock‑outs and other inventory exceptions.
Understand, gather, and validate required master material data updates.
Analyze inventory across multiple sites and regions.
Identify excess after deployment is done and reclassify the excess to other projects or spare use.
Facilitate review and reclassification of material with cross‑functional teams.
Work to resolve any inventory discrepancy issues.
Help automate tactical activities to improve efficiency and increase productivity.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of supply chain experience with a focus on demand planning and material management.
Minimum of 2 years of experience managing material using MRP software.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient user of Excel, including use of formulas, charts, and pivot tables.
