Supply Chain Analyst / BI Analyst
Work Location: Mountain View, CA – Hybrid
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday
The ideal candidate would be an SCM Manager or Analyst with a strong background in SAP and data management.
Base Pay Range $80.00/hr - $85.00/hr

The Supply Chain Operations team is the essential engine behind this promise—strategically securing materials at the optimal price, time, and quantity to fuel continuous network deployment.
Overall Responsibilities We are seeking a data-driven Supply Chain Operations Specialist to manage the critical flow of materials for client. The role includes performing essential day‑to‑day operations, ensuring continuous material supply, and translating operational data into clear reports that drive effective business decision‑making.
Must-Have Requirements
Proven experience in Supply Chain operations
Hands‑on experience with SAP Supply Chain Module — specifically STO, GR, and inventory status
Additional Requirements
Experience managing 3PL (Third‑Party Logistics) operations
Strong analytical and program management skills
Experience in finance and analytics, including cost modeling, forecasting, procurement, and inventory metrics
Role Description As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will deliver complete business intelligence solutions integrated into broader supply chain projects. You will design dashboards, maintain data pipelines, and develop BI infrastructure to enable data‑driven decisions. The role involves transforming complex data into actionable insights and improving BI systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop reports, queries, and dashboards that consolidate data from multiple sources with minimal guidance
Provide ongoing support for data users through report and dashboard maintenance
Design and implement BI solutions and infrastructure for efficient data gathering, storage, and retrieval
Partner with upstream data providers to establish new source data pipelines
Follow and improve upon local best practices in data management and visualization
Develop data models to support visualization and interpretation of operational data
Consult with stakeholders to identify data sources, required data elements, and validation standards
Perform data analyses using BI tools and custom data infrastructure
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to clarify business requirements and provide actionable insights
