General Manager
We’re looking for proven McDonald’s leaders who love the brand, develop great people, and deliver results. As General Manager, you’ll own operations, people, and P&L performance, building a guest‑focused culture that wins every shift.
Pay & Bonus
Base salary: (based on experience & results)
Bonus: Monthly performance bonus tied to sales growth, profitability, and QSC metrics

What You’ll Own
P&L & Cash Control: Full ownership of profit and loss; enforce cash, deposit, and loss‑prevention procedures.
Inventory & Labor: Forecast, order, and manage waste; build schedules that meet demand and optimise labour.
Operational Excellence: Hold the team to McDonald’s brand standards and company policies for food safety, quality, speed, cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and safety.
People Leadership: Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a high‑performing, friendly, and diverse team; deliver coaching and performance appraisals; build a strong bench and succession plan.
Results & Accountability: Review financials and KPIs (sales, guest satisfaction, speed of service, labour, food cost) and take timely corrective action.
Communication & Handoffs: Align shift leaders/department managers; ensure clear goals and follow‑up across all dayparts.
What It Takes To Succeed
People‑first leader with excellent guest and team communication skills.
A bias for action and high standards: clean, safe, positive workplaces where teams thrive.
3+ years management in high‑volume QSR; McDonald’s experience strongly preferred.
Flexible availability aligned to restaurant needs (openings, closings, weekends, and holidays).
We operate 363 days/year (closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Day).
Valid driver’s licence; 18+ to manage.
Background check required.
