Your responsibilities will range from conceptualizing event themes and overseeing logistics to managing budgets and ensuring a quality experience for all attendees.
Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events from inception to completion.
Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and value for money.
Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, catering, entertainment, and transportation.
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure adherence to timelines.
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote events effectively and drive attendance.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role with a strong portfolio of past events.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong negotiation skills with experience managing vendor relationships.
