Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Event Sales Coordinator to join our team, responsible for driving event sales and ensuring a seamless planning process from conception to execution. In this role, you will be an integral part of our events team, working closely with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to create memorable experiences that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
Responsibilities
Manage the sales process for events from inquiry through to contract signing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to understand their needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability for the company.
Coordinate logistics for events including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual needs.
Monitor event budgets and ensure financial targets are met throughout the planning process.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, event planning, or a similar role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple events simultaneously.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting.
