Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
Minimum of 5‑7 years’ experience in an administrative support role, with ideally at least 3 years supporting a senior level executive.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Excellent written and oral communication skills; solid understanding of English, grammar and punctuation.
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, reviewing and approving office supply requisitions, assigning and monitoring front‑desk functions, and monitoring office supply budget.
Coordinates all activities and service needs with property leaseholder.
Manages all vendors, including schedule management and issue resolution.
Maintains organized and orderly workspace, including oversight of executive’s office, all meeting spaces, storage rooms and break rooms to ensure appropriate maintenance and housekeeping services.
Strong organizational skills; ability to execute tasks with minimal instructions, detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and proactive.
Strong knowledge of administrative/office skills including procedures, policies and standards required in a corporate business setting.
Ability to triage and manage multiple priorities and handle time‑sensitive issues.
Ability to effectively perform the functions and responsibilities of this position while working with other employees and striving to achieve positive and rewarding results for the organization.
Ability to exercise mature and sound judgment, manage sensitive issues/materials and maintain strict confidentiality, and work independently under general instructions on a wide variety of special projects.
Frequently uses initiative and independent judgment in exercising discretion with those meeting the executives served, and readily adapts to existing political environment and organizational culture.
Job Type & Location Contract position based out of San Diego, CA.
Compensation The pay range for this position is $35.00 – $40.00/hr.
