Job Description :

Duties: The Executive Assistant will provide administrative assistance to the Sr. Vice President and Chief Information and Innovation Officer. Performs advanced secretarial and administrative assignments of a highly responsible and confidential nature. Responsible for quarterly IT Board Committee meetings and acts as liaison to Board members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in an administrative support role, with ideally at least 3 years supporting a senior level executive Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio Communicate effectively, both orally and written, to analyze data and prepare accurate and concise documentation. Solid understanding of English, grammar and punctuation Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, reviewing and approving office supply requisitions, assigning and monitoring front desk functions. Monitors office supply budget. Coordinates all activities and service needs with property leaseholder. Manages all vendors providing services for Ruffin Road Suite D, including schedule management and issue resolution. Maintains organized and orderly workspace, may include oversight of executive’s office, all meeting spaces, storage rooms and break rooms to ensure appropriate maintenance and housekeeping services. Strong organizational skills. Ability to execute tasks with minimal instructions, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive Strong knowledge of administrative/office skills including procedures, policies and standards necessary within a corporate business setting Ability to triage and manage multiple priorities and handle time-sensitive issues Ability to effectively perform the functions and responsibilities of this position, while working with other employees and striving to achieve positive and rewarding results for the organization Ability to exercise mature and sound judgment. Ability to manage sensitive issues/materials and maintain strict confidentiality. Works independently under general instructions on a wide variety of special projects Frequently uses initiative and independent judgement in exercising discretion with those meeting the executives served. Readily adapts to existing political environment and organizational culture Preferred Skills and Qualifications Knowledge of health information technology operations preferred Some college course work preferred Proficient in Directors Desk.

Education High School Diploma required
