Overview Personify Health’s mission is to simplify and personalize the health experience, improving outcomes and reducing costs for employers and their employees.

Responsibilities

Ideal candidate location is Atlanta, GA (also consider FL, NC, GA).

Develop broker/consultant relationships and close business in fast‑paced, complex environments.

Deliver annual revenue growth through sales of TPA and health solution services in the self‑funded market.

Drive revenue growth by working directly with broker/consultant advisors and employer prospects to initiate, manage, and close sales.

Execute strategic planning: develop territory plans that maximize new sales revenue, identify customer targets, and formulate engagement strategies.

Build strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including brokers and consultants.

Provide revenue intelligence: deliver insights and leading indicators of growth and risk to leadership while maintaining accurate pipeline data and forecasts.

Champion the Personify model: educate and advocate on behalf of our track record of cost savings, quality, and client satisfaction.

Ensure client success by working with Account Management for optimal implementations and post‑implementation support.

Drive continuous improvement by collaborating cross‑functionally to improve processes and products.

Qualifications The Sales Foundation

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

10+ years in employee benefit commercial sales and benefit design.

Demonstrable track record in consultative sales/business development of complex healthcare services.

The Market Expertise

Deep knowledge of employee benefits, self‑funded groups, other TPAs, and broker dynamics.

Active and productive relationships in the brokerage community requested.

Fluent in self‑funded and stop‑loss models with intermediate understanding of the PBM landscape.
