Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Supervisor based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Front Desk Supervisor will oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures, and handle any guest inquiries or issues with professionalism. They will support and guide front desk staff, maintain exceptional phone etiquette, and deliver outstanding customer service. The role also includes fostering a welcoming environment, monitoring staff productivity, and assisting in ensuring overall guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven Supervisory Skills, including staff management and leadership abilities
Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties expertise
Experience in delivering exceptional Customer Service and ensuring high Customer Satisfaction
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in hotel management software and related tools
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
Previous experience in hospitality or front office operations is preferred
