Representing a global manufacturer of high‑reliability components for aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial applications, we are proud to be leading the search for a Director of Human Resources.
This newly created role will integrate HR functions across multiple subsidiaries and harmonize policies, systems, and culture.
This is a pivotal role offering the opportunity to influence organizational alignment, streamline processes, and drive workforce engagement. As the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for:
Leading HR strategy and operations across three subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and compliance with multi‑state regulations
Consolidating benefit programs, payroll processes, and HR systems to create a unified platform
Overseeing talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management for a distributed workforce
Guiding and mentoring HR team members in California, Tennessee, and Pennsylvania
Driving cultural integration and harmonization initiatives across all locations
Managing compensation, benefits, and 401(k) programs, including vendor relationships and annual budgeting
Partnering with executive leadership to support organizational change and post‑acquisition integration
Maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of federal and state employment laws, particularly in California, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee
Qualifications
Experienced HR leader with 8+ years in progressive HR management roles, including multi‑state responsibility
Background in manufacturing or industrial environments, with exposure to complex workforce structures
Strong understanding of California, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee employment law
Proven ability to integrate HR systems and harmonize policies across multiple entities
Bilingual capability (Spanish) strongly preferred
Skilled in change management, cultural integration, and strategic HR planning
Proficiency in HRIS platforms and payroll systems (Workday, ADP, or similar)
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
