Partner with IT and business stakeholders to guide projects from awareness through adoption and sustainment.
Support 5–8 small projects at a time, typically with audiences under 20 participants, ensuring workload is balanced and progress monitored collaboratively with leadership.
Provide consultative guidance to emerging projects to surface risks, assess readiness, and shape early‑stage change strategies.
Identify people and process risks early, foster open collaboration, and proactively propose potential solutions to maintain project momentum.
Develop and deliver user-focused training materials and job aids to support learning and adoption.
Prepare and deliver impactful communications — presentations, briefings, newsletters, and engagement materials — that simplify complex messages for diverse audiences, including executive and technical teams.
Reinforce and tailor the mission, messaging, and tools of the CMO to IT audiences while supporting broader organizational goals.
Build trust and credibility with cross‑functional partners, ensuring alignment between project‑level change activities and enterprise modernization efforts.
