Front End Service Team Supervisor at Walmart
Job Overview Front End Service associates are focused on compliance and customer service. They greet, thank customers, process returns and refunds, perform financial transactions, and assist with customer questions and needs. The role requires standing for long periods of time.
Responsibilities
Serve customers by greeting, assisting, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Process returns, refunds, and financial transactions accurately.
Maintain compliance with store policies and cash handling procedures.
Monitor and report any customer complaints or issues.
Stand for extended periods while performing job duties.
