Base pay range $21.00/hr - $27.00/hr
We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive individuals to support coordination and documentation efforts for major energy infrastructure projects. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and tracking project documentation—including drawings, RFIs, and submittals—across a portfolio of large-scale new build and repower projects such as wind farms, solar installations, and other capital initiatives exceeding $15MM. You will be part of a highly collaborative team that is dedicated to supporting the energy transition and infrastructure growth.
Responsibilities
Manage and process project documentation including drawings, submittals, and RFI correspondence.
Coordinate document review workflows using shared team email inboxes, OneNote, and ProjectWise to track submittal status and deadlines.
Ensure timely routing, review, and approval of documents to meet supplier and project timelines.
Communicate with internal project teams and external suppliers to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
Prepare hard copy and large-format (11x17 and larger) drawing sets and bound documentation packages for shipment to construction sites.
Support project teams by managing logistics of document distribution and tracking, ensuring no items fall through the cracks.
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and construction personnel to drive project coordination and success.
Skills
2–4 years of experience supporting construction or engineering projects (administrative, coordination, or document control experience preferred).
Experience managing RFI processes and handling project documentation.
Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneNote) and document management tools such as ProjectWise, Bluebeam, or Adobe Pro.
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a project team.
High attention to detail and accuracy; strong initiative and “team player” mindset.
Qualifications
Education in business administration, construction management, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
