$22-24/hr (W2)

Work Schedule:
Hybrid – Onsite Tuesday through Thursday, remote Monday and Friday if workload allows
Overview This role supports major capital projects within the Energy Supply Strategic Projects group, including new wind farms, solar projects, repowers, and other large-scale initiatives (typically $15M+). The position involves processing drawings, RFI submittals, and project documentation, ensuring accurate coordination and timely delivery of materials.
Responsibilities
Process and organize project drawings, RFI submittals, and related documentation.
Manage document tracking through shared inboxes, OneNote, and other internal tools to monitor deadlines and supplier communications.
Route drawings and submittals to appropriate reviewers, follow up on outstanding approvals, and ensure deadlines are met.
Prepare printed documentation packages, including large-format and bound 11x17 books containing drawings and project details for construction sites.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure consistent communication and document control.
Support a team of approximately ten project resources, assisting with internal coordination and document workflow.
Maintain both digital and hardcopy filing systems using SharePoint, Teams, and other document management tools.
Required Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in a construction or engineering project support role, ideally with on-site exposure.
Experience managing RFIs and project correspondence.
Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), SharePoint, Teams, and OneNote.
Familiarity with document editing and markup software such as ProjectWise, Bluebeam, or Adobe Pro.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree or coursework in Business or Construction Management, or administrative certifications.
