What You’ll Do
Provide remote and onsite support for desktops, laptops, and network devices Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues Support and administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, etc.) Handle user/system administration, permissions, and account management Work with PSA/RMM tools to manage tickets and document solutions Collaborate with senior engineers on escalations when needed Deliver excellent communication and client service at every interaction What You Bring
Strong troubleshooting ability within Windows environments MSP or IT service desk experience strongly preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration Basic understanding of networking concepts Experience with RMM/PSA tools (ConnectWise, IT Glue, etc.) is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through Passion for learning, problem-solving, and developing your skills Degree or equivalent hands-on experience preferred Benefits
