Job Description
Our customer is seeking a Senior Desktop Support Technician to join their team of 7 in daily support of their environment. The ideal candidate will come from a desktop support background having experience supporting Windows 10/11 for break/fix support, MECM/Intune experience for endpoint management, and any experience supporting AV equipment. Someone with a background doing hardware support and assisting in higher‑tier ticketing would be a great candidate. Apple hardware cert is a nice to have in this role as well as this group does support Apple hardware repairs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years work experience in a related field.
Strong technical skills, including knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in an interrupt‑driven environment.
Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to lift/move computer equipment up to 40 lbs.
Apple Certified Macintosh Technician Certification (Preferred).
Experience Level Intermediate to Expert Level
Job Type & Location Contract to Hire; Baltimore, MD
Pay and Benefits Pay range: $23.00 – $25.00 /hr.
