We are seeking experienced architectural professionals to support commercial and industrial design projects in the Phoenix area. This opportunity is ideal for
Architects, Registered Architects, Job Captains, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators
who are proficient in
Revit
and experienced in managing or contributing to full project lifecycles.
Responsibilities
Produce and develop detailed construction documents, plans, and technical drawings using
Revit (required)
Assist in or manage project phases including schematic design, design development, and construction documentation
Coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, internal teams, and jurisdictional agencies
Maintain project schedules, documentation, and ensure design accuracy and code compliance
Support or lead meetings, RFIs, submittals, permitting, and client communication depending on experience level
Contribute to design solutions for commercial, industrial, mixed-use, corporate, or similar projects
Qualifications ✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture ✅
Revit proficiency is mandatory
– must be experienced, not just exposure in school ✅ 2+ years of experience in an architectural firm (Job Captain, Architect, Project Designer, or Project Coordinator) ✅ Understanding of construction documents, detailing, building codes, and project coordination ✅ Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferred (Not Required)
Project Manager or Project Coordinator experience in an architectural setting
Arizona Architectural Registration or working toward licensure (NCARB/ARE)
Experience with client interface, permitting, consultant coordination, or contract administration
Experience with commercial, industrial, mixed-use, or office developments
