We are seeking a Senior Software Developer with strong full-stack and cloud-native development experience, particularly in AWS. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving complex technical problems, contributing to scalable architecture, and collaborating across teams to ensure smooth delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment and enjoys balancing technical innovation with team-wide alignment within an Agile framework.
Key Responsibilities
Architect, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance, cloud-native applications using AWS services.
Contribute to the codebase (~60–70% of your time) while primarily helping the team stay productive by unblocking issues, reinforcing engineering standards, and aligning on architectural direction.
Drive capacity planning efforts in coordination with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure technical feasibility and delivery readiness.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Product Management, QA, UX, and DevOps—to align on roadmap, priorities, and delivery expectations.
Support Agile development through ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives.
Contribute to architecture reviews, system design, and performance tuning efforts.
Own end-to-end delivery of features and improvements, from ideation to deployment and monitoring.
Mentor team members, document practices, and promote continuous learning.
Assist in owning the improvement of the software development lifecycle.
Qualifications
Hands‑on experience building cloud-native applications using AWS services such as Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, IAM, and CloudFormation
Solid knowledge of NoSQL databases like DynamoDB, with experience in data modeling and system scalability
Proven track record developing microservices and event‑driven systems using modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, IaC with Terraform or CloudFormation)
Frontend experience with React or React Native, plus strong cross‑functional collaboration and Agile team alignment
Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Grafana) and caching/search systems (Redis, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch)
Bonus: Experience in early‑stage startups, GPS mobility platforms, Automotive, or roles involving full‑stack and DevOps responsibilities from zero to one.
