We are currently looking for an HR Assistant I, II, Sr. for our Houston, TX office.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the recruiting function as well as other members of the HR team. Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

Scheduling interviews which may include candidate travel Preparing offer letters and shepherding post-offer processes including background checks and drug screens Processing HR paperwork related to new hires, transfers, etc. Providing HR/Payroll reports related to employment activities General administrative duties including scheduling meetings, handling mail, expense processing, creating/maintaining spreadsheets, and assisting with special projects Ensuring appropriate record keeping, communications, and administrative activities related to recruitment activities REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative support role Highly professional w/strong customer service Excellent written and verbal communication skills High sensitivity in dealing with confidential information Presents a positive and professional image to internal/external customers Highly motivated with strong attention to detail Ability to multi-task by effectively prioritizing tasks, working both independently and within teams, and following through to ensure deliverables/deadlines are met. PREFERRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:

Experience in HR or recruiting function REQUIRED EDUCATION:

High School Diploma or equivalent PREFFERED EDUCATION:

Some college coursework
