Dijeau Construction is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations for high-end custom residential projects throughout San Francisco and the Peninsula. This is a full-time, field-based leadership position for a professional who thrives on craftsmanship, clarity, and client trust. Dijeau’s portfolio includes multi-million-dollar custom homes ($5M–$25M+) defined by meticulous detailing, collaboration, and long-standing client relationships. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day field operations for one or more custom residential projects ($2M–$20M+). Manage scheduling, logistics, subcontractor coordination, and field communication with architects, designers, and clients. Maintain organized, safe, and compliant jobsites with proactive safety plans, JSAs, and toolbox talks. Drive progress through clear daily targets and rolling 3-week lookahead schedules. Uphold craft quality—mockups, inspections, and punch list execution—with minimal rework. Prepare for and lead owner/architect/consultant meetings with decision-ready agendas and options. Document work comprehensively: daily reports, manpower logs, RFIs, photos, redlines, and as-builts. Mentor and lead field teams, modeling Dijeau’s values of integrity, professionalism, and service. Qualifications 5–10+ years of Superintendent experience in high-end residential construction (ground-up or major remodel). Expert understanding of Bay Area construction sequencing, detailing, and finish quality expectations. Proven leadership with field teams, subcontractors, and design partners. Proficiency in Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, and Google Workspace. OSHA-30 preferred; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Excellent communication, foresight, and diplomacy—able to balance client satisfaction with project control. Calm under pressure, with a “builder and coach” mindset. What Dijeau Offers Location:
