Develop and maintain positive relationships with property managers and owners Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals, and schedule and activate events to increase property penetration Plan and execute on‑site events, pre‑promote offers and identify additional marketing tactics Communicate clearly between clients, prospects and internal teams Perform administrative duties, including event recap, finance management and product inventory Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; one to three months of related experience Prior sales experience in real estate, outside sales, B2B or telecom is preferred Strong work ethic, solid organization and interpersonal skills Reliable, full‑time transportation (commuting required) Full‑time availability with possible nights and weekends Bilingual skills are a plus Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
