Base pay range $40.00/hr - $60.00/hr

We’re looking for a Bioanalytical Scientist to join an innovative biotech team working on advanced biologic product characterization. This person will support analytical development efforts across R&D, process development and engineering — helping drive method development, analytical testing, and new tech implementation.

What you’ll work on

Characterizing proteins + biologics using a broad range of analytical and bioanalytical techniques

Developing and optimizing assays (UV-Vis, ELISA, microplate-based assays, SDS-PAGE, Western Blot, chromatography-based methods, etc.)

Supporting in-process / in-line testing method development with process + engineering teams

Maintaining, troubleshooting, and implementing new analytical instrumentation in the lab

Designing and executing controlled experiments, method qualification, and validation work

Documenting work in GLP / regulated environments + communicating findings across cross-functional teams

What helps you succeed

BS/MS in Chemistry, Bioanalytical Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry or similar discipline with 5 years of hands‑on biotech or biopharma analytical experience

Able to work independently but also collaborate across R&D, engineering & development teams

Comfort working in a fast‑paced, emerging biotech environment

Preferred bonus experience: protein / mAb / oligo analytics, installing/bringing online analytical instrumentation, writing SOPs, statistical analysis tools proficiency.
