Responsibilities
Lead financial operations for a manufacturing facility, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Develop and maintain standard reporting packages and KPIs related to productivity, inventory, and capital projects.
Support month-end close processes and ensure accurate financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
Partner with plant leadership and corporate finance to drive strategic decision-making and financial transparency.
Analyze and improve costing methodologies, overhead absorption, and variance reporting.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using lean management tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in supply chain, procurement, and operations to support financial planning and analytics.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, specifically within manufacturing operations.
Experience in large, multi-site organizations with global and matrixed structures.
Strong background in financial systems implementation; familiarity with ERP platforms such as Oracle, Oracle Fusion, or similar.
Proficient in financial analysis, reporting, and presenting insights to leadership.
Demonstrated ability to challenge existing processes and implement improvements.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to serve as a strategic business partner.
