About Us Dynasty Real Estate & Property Solutions is a fast-growing real estate investment company serving Northwest Indiana, a suburb of the Chicagoland Area. We specialize in off-market acquisitions, renovating distressed properties, and delivering quality housing across Lake, Porter, and LaPorte counties. We are a team of high-performing individuals, and are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to take complete ownership of our marketing strategy and execution. This is a hands-on role with no senior marketing oversight — we need someone experienced and confident who can deliver measurable results and guide our brand growth.

The Role This is an in-office (hybrid) position where you’ll be responsible for optimizing existing campaigns as well as R&D on new marketing channels in the future. You’ll run campaigns across digital, print, and community platforms, manage ongoing efforts, and build strategies that expand our presence, generate leads, and strengthen our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Advertising:

Manage and optimize

Google Ads (must be Google Ads Certified) ,

Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads .

SEO & Online Presence:

Ramp up

SEO activity , oversee

Google My Business , manage

Yelp , and ensure strong local visibility.

Traditional Marketing:

Coordinate

direct mail, PPL campaigns, print ads, and team collateral .

Community & Events:

Plan and execute

local outreach initiatives, networking event coordination, and community partnerships .

Brand Management:

Maintain and evolve the

brand guide , ensuring consistency across all platforms, media, and collateral.

Analytics & Reporting:

Analyze campaign data, measure ROI, and present recommendations to management for continuous improvement.

Innovation & Growth:

Optimize existing campaigns while researching and testing new channels including TV, radio, billboards, and sponsorships.

Qualifications

Experience required:

Minimum

3+ years

of marketing experience (digital specific).

Google Ads Certified

(required).

Marketing, Advertising, or Communications degree

preferred .

Expertise in

SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, Yelp, and campaign analytics .

Proficiency with

Canva/Adobe Creative Suite

for design and

ChatGPT/AI tools

for content creation and campaign support ( Preferred).

Strong communication skills and ability to present data-driven recommendations.

Proven ability to

work independently

and deliver measurable results without direct oversight.

Creative, organized, and comfortable balancing strategy with execution.

Competitive salary:

$55,000 – $75,000

based on experience, with

Performance-based bonuses

tied to results.

Collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Direct influence on marketing direction and company reputation.
