This is a
high‑impact, hands‑on role .
You’ll be the person in the Google Ads and SEO dashboards every day — building, optimizing, analyzing, and scaling the systems that drive Dynasty’s deal flow and brand presence.

You’ll be the person in the Google Ads and SEO dashboards every day — building, optimizing, analyzing, and scaling the systems that drive Dynasty’s deal flow and brand presence.
The Opportunity
You’ll inherit mature, data‑rich
Google Ads
and
Meta Ads
accounts and take full control of performance.
You’ll
replace outside vendors
and directly manage campaign structure, bidding, copy, and reporting.
You’ll be empowered to
test new markets and channels
(YouTube, Bing, OTT, radio, local partnerships).
You’ll shape
Dynasty’s public presence
— online and in the Northwest Indiana community.
You’ll report directly to the COO and collaborate with acquisitions, dispositions, and media staff. No red tape. No corporate layers. Just measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Hands‑on Google Ads management:
build, optimize, and scale search and display campaigns — keyword research, ad‑group creation, copywriting, bid strategy, negative keywords, conversion tracking.
Own SEO performance:
technical audits, on‑page optimization, content coordination, backlink strategy, and Google Business Profile management.
Manage
Meta Ads
for retargeting, audience expansion, and creative testing.
Use
Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and Search Console
to monitor attribution, CPL, and ROI.
Report campaign metrics weekly; identify and implement immediate performance improvements.
Collaborate on
creative direction
for ads, landing pages, print, and social assets.
Support
community outreach, events, and local partnerships
to strengthen brand visibility.
Research and pilot new lead‑gen channels as Dynasty expands into additional markets.
Requirements
4+ years of
direct, hands‑on PPC & SEO experience
— you’ve personally built and optimized campaigns (not just overseen agencies).
Proven success lowering cost‑per‑lead and increasing conversion rates.
Advanced knowledge of
Google Ads Manager ,
Meta Ads Manager , and
SEO tools
(Ahrefs, SEMRush, Moz, etc.).
Skilled with
Google Analytics 4 ,
Tag Manager , and
Search Console .
Familiar with
UTM tagging, schema markup, and A/B testing
principles.
Strong copywriting and creative instincts for ad messaging.
Comfortable owning budgets, presenting ROI reports, and adapting fast.
Full‑time, in‑office position
— candidates must
live within commuting distance of Griffith, IN
or be willing to relocate.
