We are seeking a Quality Manager on behalf of one of our rapidly growing clients — a recognized leader in the manufacturing of blow molding products. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Supervision

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 15 quality auditors across three shifts.

Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement within the quality department.

Partner with production and operations teams to ensure alignment on quality standards and consistency across shifts.

Oversee daily quality activities to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Document Control

Manage and maintain controlled documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with GMP and company standards.

Coordinate document updates, scanning, filing, and distribution.

Print and issue official document copies as requested by departments.

Review production records for completeness and compliance prior to product release, reporting any deviations or irregularities.

Data Management

Input and maintain quality data within computer systems and databases with precision and efficiency.

Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for process improvement.

Prepare and present data reports to support decision‑making and continuous improvement initiatives.

Line Auditing & In‑Process Inspection

Conduct in‑process quality inspections and line clearances to verify adherence to specifications.

Audit packaging components (bottles, cases, closures, labels, etc.) and document hourly quality checks.

Immediately halt production and elevate to management when deviations or quality issues are identified.

Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues promptly and prevent recurrence.

Skills & Requirements

Proven experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably blow molding or plastics).

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and document management platforms.

High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet productivity standards.
