Job Summary and Responsibilities: This role will help lead the US Third Party Wealth Sales Enablement efforts as part of the broader Global CSG Sales Enablement group. The VP will be responsible for connecting across senior leaders of the distribution business (including sales, marketing, product) and partner teams (GSAM Engineering, Operations, etc.) to define and drive the vision of the enablement platform. The primary focus will be on developing and growing a data ecosystem to provide critical reporting and insights to senior management, as well as formulate data models and activation strategies to advance the on‑field execution of our sales teams, specifically within the US Third Party Wealth client segment. This role involves both working in close partnership with distribution leadership to help form and translate strategy into executable components, and leading the team in its close partnership with GSAM Engineering to deliver on a multi‑year roadmap of solutions and tools that will help scale the business and drive profitability. Responsibilities include overseeing data analysis and visualization to extract insights from combined data sets, customer segmentation & targeting modeling, territory analysis, and KPI performance tracking. The VP will be responsible for managing and growing the team and overall effort, ensuring alignment with business priorities and effective delivery of solutions. This role will strengthen the distribution data foundation, build traditional BI (including visualizations) & advanced analytical solutions, and produce insights that empower business decision‑makers. The VP will also be responsible for fostering collaborative relationships and communicating effectively with business and IT leaders, project members, and vendors to assure success.

Skills/Experience:

Self‑motivated team player, comfortable working within a dynamic business environment, juggling multiple responsibilities and pivoting to new challenges/priorities as they arise.

Ability to combine both big picture/outcome driven strategic thinking and bottom‑up/detailed level analytical rigor.

Strong expertise in BI and Analytics applications (Alteryx, Tableau/Power BI/Qlik etc.), Programming (SQL etc.), and Traditional & Cloud Databases (MS SQL Server, SingleStore, AWS etc.) is strongly preferred.

Prior experience with BI methodology (e.g., descriptive, and prescriptive analytic techniques) is preferred.

8‑12 years’ of experience operating and leading Distribution Enablement and Business Intelligence efforts, ideally in the Asset/Wealth Management space.

Experience working with key Third Party Wealth Investment Management Distribution data (e.g., CRM, Trade Positions/Assets and Flows, 3rd party opportunity data sets, Marketing Campaign data, Web analytics etc.) preferred.

Data‑driven user‑centered design approach to analysis and data management, with demonstrated ability to deliver information that addresses and anticipates various business user needs.

Exposure to and experience with MDM techniques, data governance, and data management is preferred.

Demonstrates an understanding of multiple databases, data flows, and relationships across various sources.

The ideal candidate has a strong willingness to learn, ability to leverage technical skills, and a solid understanding of business strategies, priorities, and initiatives.

Enjoys problem‑solving and being “the glue” between business challenges/opportunities and delivering results.

Has a strong ability to build collaborative relationships and communicate effectively with business and IT leaders, project members, and vendors to assure success.

Functional understanding of Salesforce / CRM platforms.

Strong problem‑solving skills and abilities, able to craft unique solutions with limited guidance; proactive in assessing dynamic situations.

Fast learner and effective communicator of new/complex information.

Ability to work at varying speeds and under timeframe pressure, while maintaining extremely high standards.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Range The expected base salary for this Chicago, Illinois, United States‑based position is $85000‑$240000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year‑end.
