Burger King North America is seeking an experienced and strategic analytics leader to join our team as Director, Marketing Analytics. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in marketing measurement, data science, and consumer analytics, paired with the ability to translate complex insights into clear, actionable business strategies.

As the Director, Marketing Analytics, you will lead a team responsible for delivering the analytical frameworks and insights that guide the brand’s marketing investment, creative strategy, promotional planning, and sales expectations. You will serve as a key partner to senior leadership, driving data-informed decisions that enhance brand performance, optimize spend efficiency, and elevate the guest experience. This position is based in Miami, FL and is in the office 5 days a week.

Role & Responsibilities Marketing Analytics Leadership

Lead the Marketing Analytics function for Burger King North America, overseeing all analytical initiatives supporting campaign performance, media efficiency, and promotional strategy.

Serve as a trusted advisor to the Marketing Leadership Team, shaping key strategic decisions through data‑driven insights and advanced modeling.

Partner cross‑functionally with Media, Guest Insights, Finance, and Operations to ensure marketing analytics are tightly aligned with business objectives.

Media And Campaign Measurement

Oversee development and implementation of media measurement frameworks across traditional and digital channels, leveraging a Media Mix Model.

Deliver actionable insights on media performance to inform optimization of spend, creative, and channel mix, maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).

Build and evolve marketing attribution and incrementality models that provide a holistic understanding of campaign impact.

Forecasting And Predictive Modeling

Lead the design and enhancement of forecasting models for promotions, campaigns, and product launches to ensure data‑driven marketing decisions.

Integrate consumer insights and behavioral data into predictive models to improve forecast precision and reflect real‑world performance dynamics.

Advance use of machine learning and causal inference techniques to strengthen marketing impact evaluation and forecasting reliability.

Marketing Test Design And Insights

Drive test‑and‑learn strategies that measure marketing effectiveness, leveraging control/test methodologies to quantify causal impact.

Partner with internal teams to identify key learning opportunities, design market tests, and translate results into strategic recommendations.

Ensure analytics approaches are rigorous, scalable, and embedded into ongoing marketing planning cycles.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with the Guest Insights and Brand teams to connect attitudinal and behavioral data, bringing a holistic view of guest response to marketing.

Work closely with the Media and Brand teams to inform messaging, timing, and creative optimization through data‑driven feedback loops.

Translate complex findings into clear narratives for executive audiences, ensuring alignment and understanding across the organization.

Qualifications & Skills

7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, or business insights, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, or Economics).

Advanced degree preferred (MBA or Master’s in Analytics, Marketing, or related field).

Experience engaging with Board and C‑suite executives to deliver high‑impact insights and recommendations.

Proven track record of using data and advanced modeling to inform marketing strategy and drive measurable business outcomes.

Experience leading cross‑functional analytics initiatives in large organizations, preferably within consumer, retail, or restaurant industries.
