What You’ll Be Brewing:
Lead the development and optimization of centralized reporting and analytics tools for the Non-Alc team, ensuring alignment with KPIs such as retail execution, supply chain efficiency, inventory health, and competitive benchmarking.
Oversee the creation and governance of performance tracking methodologies (e.g., rack-n-stacks, heat charts, leading/lagging indicators), ensuring consistency and accuracy across all reporting platforms.
Drive exception-based reporting and development of dashboards using advanced data visualization tools (preferably Power BI / Tableau), enabling actionable insights and ROI-focused decision-making across commercial and sales teams.
Partner cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, and commercial accelerator teams to deliver strategic analytics that support annual planning, execution tracking, and business transformation initiatives.
Lead the integration and interpretation of syndicated data sources (IRI, Nielsen) and internal datasets to inform strategic decisions and category growth opportunities.
Serve as a coach and lead analyst for the Non-Alc team, fostering data literacy and championing innovative approaches to problem-solving and performance measurement.
Be an active participant in driving the overall culture of the Non-Alc team, as we prove that innovative mindsets and positive attitudes can transform our organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, mathematics, or related field; Master’s degree a plus.
5+ years of experience in corporate analytics, reporting, or business intelligence, ideally within CPG or beverage industries.
Proven expertise in developing enterprise-scale reporting and KPI frameworks using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and SAP/Business Objects.
Strong experience working with large datasets and relational databases; advanced proficiency in Power Query, DAX, and SQL.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional analytics initiatives and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Experience with syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen) and its application in sales and category strategy.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
Strong business acumen, curiosity, and a proactive mindset toward continuous improvement.
