Responsibilities

Data Projects supporting B2B and B2C business priorities

Provide critical insights and analytical support to drive the customers’ beer and non‑alc category to capture disproportionate share for MCBC

Provide understanding of category, channel, and shopper insights to teams through syndicated and internal data

Identification of opportunities based on category trends that align with customer and MCBC strategies

Development of tools, scorecards, and analytical processes to help internal teams understand business performance and trends

General Performance reporting – to track, measure, and communicate results

Ad‑hoc projects to build your eCommerce and business capabilities

Qualifications

2+ years of industry experience

Experience with data visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.). Ideal experience includes SQL.

You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with an understanding of business priorities.

You act with appropriate urgency to market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy.

You are confident, professional, and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business.

You are serious about results and take pride in delivering great work on time and in full.

Benefits include 15 days vacation, 10 paid holidays, 4 personal floating holidays, and 64 hours of sick time.

Pay and Benefits Pay range: $68,500 – $89,900 per year + target short‑term incentive and $23,000 average benefits, including health, dental, vision, retirement with market‑aligned employer match, wellness incentives, and paid time off.
