We are seeking a Product Manager to oversee and drive the success of our automotive product portfolio in North America. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of our product lines, ensuring profitability, competitiveness, and alignment with market and customer needs. The Product Manager will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality Management, and Global Product Management to define strategies, execute key initiatives, and support growth in the region.
How you'll help the formula:
Oversee the North American automotive product portfolio, ensuring alignment with market demand and company strategy.
Define and maintain pricing strategies, considering market dynamics, customer requirements, margin targets, and cost developments.
Establish and maintain clear focus assortments for the region to strengthen customer relevance and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with converting partners to manage toll conversion of customer-specific parts, ensuring product customization and supply reliability.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of all product content (specifications, marketing materials, digital data, etc.) to support internal teams and customer communication.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality Management, and R&D to define product requirements, support launches, ensure quality standards, and align strategies with global product management.
Other duties as assigned.
Key elements for your role:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years of product management or marketing experience, preferably in the automotive or industrial sector.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a proven ability to manage complex product portfolios.
Experience in pricing management, lifecycle management, and cross-functional project leadership.
Familiarity with supply chain processes and quality management systems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively across functions and cultures.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with product information systems or ERP tools.
