BrainChild Bio is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Senior Specialist to join our Cell Therapy Patient Operations team. This pivotal role will manage and orchestrate the end‑to‑end, time‑sensitive patient cell supply chain for our autologous cell therapy products. The Senior Specialist will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, apheresis centers, and clinical sites to ensure seamless coordination from order placement through drug product delivery.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with clinical site study coordinators, apheresis centers, CDMOs, and couriers to maintain patient schedules within logistical and process constraints

Perform Apheresis Operations activities including site onboarding, training, qualification, and ongoing management of cell collection activities

Assist in the development and implementation of processes, systems and tools to enable Patient Operations, including:

Scheduling and slot planning tools

Scheduling and cell logistics milestone tracking from patient enrollment to product delivery

Site notifications and product availability communications (range and confirmed dates)

Clinical trial kits and apheresis labeling consistency across the clinical network

Management of scheduling & cell logistics‑related contact sand addresses

Call and case/ticket tracking

Support chain of identity evaluations and risk mitigations

Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with internal teams and external partners (e.g., CDMOs, CROs, clinical sites) regarding slot allocation, scheduling, logistics, manufacturing milestones, and product delivery

Represent Patient Operations on cross‑functional project teams

Participate in on‑call rotations as needed

Qualifications:

4+ years’ experience in the biotech or cell therapy industry

1+ years of hands‑on experience in autologous cellular therapy

Proven experience in scheduling, planning, and logistics coordination

Strong background in designing and implementing business processes

Solid understanding of GMP and GTP requirements

Familiarity with cell therapy orchestration systems

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills

Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to right‑first‑time execution

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong cross‑functional and external relationships

Self‑starter with flexibility, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment
