Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced AEM Functional Analyst to join our digital experience team. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), capable of driving solution design, guiding development teams, and aligning business needs with technical capabilities. Experience in the insurance domain is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Solutioning & Design:
• Lead functional solutioning efforts for AEM implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals and user experience standards.
• Collaborate with architects and UX teams to design scalable, maintainable AEM solutions.
• Provide guidance on AEM best practices, including content modelling, workflows, and personalization strategies.
• Functional Analysis & Documentation:
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend enhancements or new features within AEM.
• Create wireframes, process flows, and functional design documents to support development.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and shared understanding.
• Facilitate workshops, demos, and feedback sessions to refine requirements and validate solutions.
• Development Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with AEM developers to ensure functional requirements are accurately implemented.
• Provide ongoing support and clarification during development and testing phases.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies.
• Quality & Delivery:
• Support UAT by preparing test scenarios and assisting business users.
• Ensure solutions meet quality standards and deliver expected business value.
Required Qualifications:
• 8–10 years of experience in IT, with at least 4–5 years in AEM functional/business analysis roles.
• Strong understanding of AEM capabilities including Sites, Assets, Workflows, Templates, and Integrations.
• Experience working in AEM as a Cloud Service Implementation.
• Proven experience in the insurance domain (life, health, or P&C).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead solutioning discussions and guide cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Adobe Certified Expert – Business Practitioner or other AEM certifications.
• Familiarity with AEM integrations (e.g., CRM, analytics, Target, marketing platforms).
• Experience with wireframing tools and UX collaboration.
• Knowledge of web content management and digital experience best practices.

Salary Information
Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is - 100000 to 130000 Yearly.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
