Define and document business requirements for Salesforce implementations and integrations
Collaborate with technical teams to design data flows and integration architecture
Support data migration mapping and transformation activities
Ensure alignment with insurance domain processes such as policy issuance and claims
Skills Required
Hands on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Familiarity with integration tools like Mulesoft, Informatica, or Dell Boomi
Understanding of REST and SOAP APIs
Knowledge of insurance lifecycle and regulatory compliance

The base salary range for the tagged location is $105,000 – $113,000 /yearly. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
