West Palm Beach and Miami, FL

Experience with Salesforce development and integration (6+ years)
Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Visualforce, Aura, and Salesforce Communities
Experience with integration tools and RESTful/SOAP API development
Experience designing and maintaining scalable Salesforce applications, architecting robust integrations, and leveraging MuleSoft, Boomi, and Salesforce APIs
Leadership experience with development teams in Agile environments
Preferred
Experience with BRMS (Business Rules Management Systems)
Minimum two Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Advanced Administrator, App Builder, or Integration Architect)
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, LWCs, Flows, Visualforce, Aura, and Salesforce Communities
Architect integrations between Salesforce and enterprise/vendor systems, leveraging MuleSoft, Boomi, and Salesforce APIs
Implement and monitor comprehensive security controls across Salesforce solutions
Lead development teams through project lifecycles, providing mentorship and maintaining code quality
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable development plans
Present technical solutions and proof-of-concept demonstrations to business stakeholders
Manage project progress, risks, and stakeholder communications, ensuring successful delivery and collaboration
