Job Overview
Kforce Inc is seeking an experienced Senior to Lead Salesforce Developer for a client in Coral Gables, FL. The role combines hands‑on development with team leadership, requiring someone who can drive implementations, mentor developers, and collaborate with business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Flows, Visualforce, Aura, and Salesforce Communities.
Architect robust integrations between Salesforce and enterprise/vendor systems using both synchronous and asynchronous patterns.
Leverage integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi) and Salesforce APIs to ensure seamless data exchange.
Implement comprehensive security controls including authentication, authorization, encryption, and monitoring.
Lead cross‑functional teams of onsite and offshore developers and testers through complete development lifecycles.
Provide technical mentorship and enforce coding standards to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
Decompose complex business requirements into actionable development tasks and sprint planning.
Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and communicate status to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
Present proof‑of‑concept demonstrations and technical solutions to business users.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and cross‑team collaboration.
Manage expectations and maintain clear communication across onsite and offshore teams.
Requirements
Minimum of two (2) Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Advanced Administrator, App Builder, or Integration Architect preferred).
6+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development and integration experience.
Expert‑level proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Salesforce platform technologies.
Proven experience with integration tools and RESTful/SOAP API development.
Demonstrated leadership experience with development teams in Agile environments.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and business audiences.
Experience with BRMS (Business Rules Management Systems) is a plus.
Compensation Base pay: $40.00/hr – $50.00/hr (hourly contract). Pay may be modified in the future.
Benefits Comprehensive benefits: medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), life, disability, ADA insurance. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Salary personnel receive paid time off.
