This position will respond to customer emails and phone calls primarily for the garden's Visitor Services and Rentals department. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to customer service, event support, troubleshooting issues, and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Position Summary

Under the direction of the Associate Director at the State Botanical Garden of Georgia at UGA, this part-time, temporary position will assist with customer service for the Visitor Services and Rentals Department. This position will primarily respond to customer emails, phone calls, and use the event system to assist customers with their bookings.

Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position

A qualified candidate for this position should have a strong background in customer service. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are needed. Flexibility to work weekends and nights is necessary.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies

Software proficiency: Familiar with Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with event ticketing software preferred.
