Position Summary : In this position, Lead Peer Learning Assistants will begin in August and last through May. Lead PLAs mentor a group of PLAs in addition to their own PLA responsibilities.

Duties / Responsibilities
Work as a PLA in the assigned 5–10 hours weekly performing Lead PLA tasks.
Act as a mentor for a group of 10–18 PLAs.
Assist PLA Coordinator in interview process.
Promote OSSA services via social media and events.
Attend a monthly Lead PLA meeting.
Attend a mandatory Lead PLA training at the beginning of the semester.
Attend the Open House at the beginning of the semester.
Engage in ongoing trainings.
Perform other duties assigned.
