This Warehouse Worker job is a hands-on, operational role within a production or manufacturing environment—specifically tied to the aerospace industry.


Core Responsibilities
  • Locate parts and purchase orders along the production line.
  • Transport parts using a cart to the next stage in the process.
  • Perform quality checks on parts during movement to ensure standards are met.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs, so physical stamina is important.

Skills Required
  • Inventory management: Keeping track of parts and orders.
  • Packing and picking: Selecting and preparing items for movement.
  • Warehouse operations: General knowledge of how a warehouse functions.
  • Quality control: Ensuring parts meet required standards.
  • Computer literacy: Likely for tracking orders or scanning items.
  • Attention to detail: Crucial for quality checks and order accuracy.
  • Aviation parts experience: Preferred, but not necessarily required.
  • Forklift experience: A plus, possibly for heavier or bulk transport.

Work Environment
  • First shift: Starting around 6–7 AM.
  • Small team: Collaborative setting within a larger company.
  • Remote supervision: You’ll work independently but with oversight from a distance.
  • Short-term project: 8 weeks, with potential for extension.

This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
