We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Plant General Manager
to lead and oversee all aspects of our manufacturing facility. This role is critical to driving operational excellence, ensuring safety and quality standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a proven track record in plant management.
Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations of the plant, including production, maintenance, quality, and safety. Develop and execute strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and environmental standards. Manage and mentor department managers and supervisors. Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with corporate leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture focused on safety, accountability, and performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred). 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a plant leadership role. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational excellence methodologies. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
