Responsibilities Sales and Customer Acquisition

Proactively contact potential clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to provide quotes and sell insurance products.

Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage, including Auto, Home, Life, and Business Insurance.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Conduct regular follow‑ups to review policies and cross‑sell additional products.

Agency Goals

Meet or exceed monthly sales goals set by the agency.

Participate in team meetings to strategize and share best practices for hitting sales targets.

Marketing and Lead Generation

Utilize agency‑provided tools (e.g., CRM systems) to manage leads and track progress.

Leverage social media and community engagement to generate leads and promote agency visibility.

Product Knowledge

Stay updated on all insurance products and industry trends to offer the best solutions to clients.

Attend training sessions to maintain licensing and sharpen sales skills.

Requirements

Must hold or be willing to obtain a General Lines Texas License.

At least 2 years of proven sales experience (insurance sales preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
